Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at Boxltxfitness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Store Credit Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue store credit for the item amount. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition will not be accepted
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you
